at applied handle it measures 3 3/8" across

with age toning primarily just around the edges

Sweet Folk Art Relief Carving of Bird on Flowering Branch poet 75" diameter at baseA sweet old relief carved panel, with this little bird perched in what feels like paradise, encircled completely with stalks and blooms including large lily overhead, which the bird looks as if considering flying right into the middle of as if thinking itself a hummingbird! Very folky and lovingly done. 10 7 8" x 8 1 4". Good condition, with one ding to the edge of one side, upper left, and one horizontal hairline.
